The volume will remain in the archive to serve as a resource for future research regarding the regiment and the Hill family history.
The historic 18th-century Horse Guards building in London serves as the operational and ceremonial headquarters for the Household Cavalry, the elite formation that includes The Blues, the regiment once commanded by Rowland Hill, 1st Viscount Hill.
