It was a deeply moving experience to attend the Good Friday service at St. Paul’s Cathedral this year.

The solemnity of the occasion, coupled with the grandeur of the cathedral itself, created an atmosphere of profound reflection. Element of the service resonated with the weight of the day. We felt privileged to be part of such a significant commemoration.

As we sat within the cathedral’s walls, we couldn’t help but reflect on the site’s remarkable history. St. Paul’s has stood as a place of Christian worship for over fourteen centuries. Its origins trace back to 604 AD, when the first St. Paul’s Cathedral was established. Imagine—this very ground has been a sacred space for so many generations! While the current magnificent structure, designed by Sir Christopher Wren and completed in 1710, replaced the medieval Old St. Paul’s, which was lost in the Great Fire of London, the spiritual legacy of this location stretches back much further.
