It was a pleasure to return to the University of Oxford for a day of focused, interdisciplinary meetings on the heritage of Soulton.
These discussions with college fellows and ecclesiastical stakeholders provided a valuable bridge between academic research and the practical care of our history. Spending time at the Sheldonian Theatre and All Souls College offered a deeper perspective on the architectural and intellectual traditions that inform our work. This visit was a reminder of the importance of rigorous scholarship in understanding our past, and the insights shared by colleagues will be vital as we continue to look after the legacy of Old Sir Rowland Hill.
