We were recently delighted to receive a special gift from friends of Soulton who now reside in the USA. It’s a beautiful banner featuring a quote from the front page of a book published in 1560 by the courageous Old Sir Rowland Hill.
The quote, rendered in the original 16th-century spelling, serves as a powerful reminder of the importance of unwavering faith in the face of adversity:
“FEARE YE NOT”
This message resonates deeply with us today, just as it did centuries ago. In a world often filled with uncertainty and fear, these words offer a beacon of hope and a call to action.
We are incredibly grateful to our friends for this thoughtful and inspiring gift. It will hang proudly within Soulton and is destined for the Ritmamacia Room, serving as a constant reminder of the importance of courage, truth, and unwavering faith.
