We were so pleased to see their feature on British Touring Shakespeare’s return to our beautiful grounds this August. Their piece helps highlight the magic of outdoor plays that we’re looking forward to sharing with everyone. There’s something truly special about experiencing live theatre under the sky, and we believe these productions will be unforgettable.
We’re especially proud of the local talent involved in these productions. Carys Clempner, a Shropshire native, plays Hermia in “A Midsummer Night’s Dream,” and she’s expressed her excitement about returning to her home county to perform in our enchanting setting. We’re also thrilled to have Tom Thornhill as part of the cast, further strengthening our local connections.
Just a reminder, British Touring Shakespeare will be enchanting us with “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” on Saturday, August 2nd at 5 PM, followed by their thrilling adaptation of “Frankenstein” on Sunday, August 3rd at 3 PM.
