St. Paul’s Cathedral, the ancient spiritual heart of London, established by St. Erkenwald in the 600s AD, provided a welcome respite and a moment for thought and sharing.
Wren’s towering dome and clever architecture offered a sense of awe and wonder, while the quietude of the interior allowed for needful reflection and contemplation.
