We were thrilled to see Jacob Chandler’s work is being shown at this year’s prestigious sculpture event at Doddington Hall.
This exhibition provided a fantastic opportunity to appreciate the exceptional talent of this emerging artist. While many of us have already admired his work through the captivating “As You Like It Dancers” commission for Soulton Hall, Doddington Hall offered a chance to look at other aspects of Chandler’s artistic vision.

Doddington Hall, a magnificent Elizabethan mansion nestled in Lincolnshire, England, is a testament to Robert Smythson’s architectural brilliance. Built between 1593 and 1600 for Thomas Tailor, a prominent lawyer and Recorder to the Bishop of Lincoln, Doddington Hall showcases the elegance and refinement characteristic of the Elizabethan era. It shows some architectural aliance with Soulton.
