From Grand Tours to Grand Discoveries: Unveiling Shropshire’s Literary & Historical Gems
Recent press has focused on the (for now) forgotten status of Shropshire as the destination of the English Grand Tour.
This theme was returned to in a full session of Shropshire Council, on 29 February 2024. Matters raised went beyond this and considered the familiarity of William Shakespeare with north Shropshire.
