This morning, Soulton Hall awoke to a scene straight out of Shakespeare. Fog had descended upon the estate, transforming the familiar landscape of the As You Like It woods into an ethereal realm.
One can’t help but be reminded of Rosalind’s line in As You Like It: “Like foggy south puffing with wind and rain.”
The visibility was obscured, the trees emerge as shadowy figures, and an air of mystery hung heavy in the mist.
