Sir Vince Cable visited Soulton Hall yesterday, at an event hosted by Helen Morgan MP.
Cable is a Privy Councilor, has served as a Leader of the Liberal Democrats and was Secretary of State for Business, Innovation and Skills from 2010 to 2015.
